Hi.what type of spark plug should I use for this outboard motor?
its a 1949 Evinrude elto sportster serial #4432-309679

Hi, as long as you have the thread depht and diameter size/pitch to-days center fire will do fine, ask your Johnson/Evinrude dealer he/she will be able to help. good luck and happy boating another thing get a spare set it never hurts to be prepared;)
