What is the wiring diagram from the condenser to thermostat?

All the copper wires was stolen from my home. I just replaced the thermostat and air handler wiring, and re-installing an old AC condenser unit system to my home. Two low voltage wires (blue and yellow) are sticking out of the AC condenser. Does anyone
just take those two wires out. run two more t-stat wires from your inside unit to your outside unit. the two wires outside will connect to the coil side of the contactor where you pulled the other two from. on the inside unit they will connect to the
