Can you apply for discover card with no credit?

I am 18 years old with no credit history I was wondering can I still apply for a discover credit card?

You can apply, but your chance of getting approved is slim. Due to recent changes in the law, you usually have to be 21 to qualify for a credit card. There are exceptions, though, for folks between 18-21 who are working rather than going to school.
